Induction Heater for Coating

Coating, in the view of corrosion, is the thin coat of a covering substance, deposited or applied on a surface of any object, essentially to improve its critical properties and to make a protective barrier against corrosion of the surface due to its reaction with the surroundings. In preparation for coating, an induction heater is used to eliminate surface moisture from the material, heating the component to the correct temperature for coating. Depending on the kind of polymeric coating applied, the material is heated to 150-300 °C (302-572 °F) for curing the coating.
