Precision Induction Heater – Series PIH – is designed to heat the bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using the latest technology of intelligent microcontroller-based electronic controls.
The Precision Induction Heater (PIH: 2001 Spl) operates on a 3 phase, 230 V power supply and has power capacity which ranges from 3.6KVA / 4.6KVA. Its light duty induction heater. It is fast, safe and economical heating of bearings is best features this with intelligent microcontroller based programmable electronic controls. This induction heater has two operating modes, temperature mode and time mode. Both are controlled through feather touch and a quick responsive keyboard. Both modes can be seen at the time of operation. This Induction Heater can also be used to heat bearings of larger diameter using a pair of Raiser Blocks, size 55 x 55 x 125 mm. The unit can also be used to heat a plate of any magnetic material by placing the plate in place of the horizontal yoke across the vertical supports.
