Induction Heater for Dismounting of Inner Racer

The inner racer is a reduced ring that the shaft drives on with a groove cut into its outer perimeter rather than its inner boundary. Inner racer is used in gearboxes, wind turbines, material handling, pumps, fans and blowers, mining and construction equipment, etc. Inner Racer is located inside the outer race, with the balls in the bearing held in place among the two races. The grooves in the internal and external races permit the balls to roll easily, but keep them from falling out of the bearing.
