Induction Heater for Billet Heating
A billet is a segment of metal used for developing into bars, rods and sections. Billets can be created with slabs or directly by constant casting. It is used as raw resources or feedstock in forging, extrusion, rolling and other metal handling processes. Billet material is frequently used in CNC machining. Induction Heater for Billet Heating furnace uses very less power until the billet is located in the furnace. When the billet is positioned in the furnace, the induction coil is powered up. The power to the coil is turned off when the billet is detached from the furnace. This makes the induction heater furnaces very energy competent.
