Induction Hardening for Valves Seats

Valves Seats is the seat for the air consumption valve and air exhaust valve. It is the portion that makes contact with the valve, and sustains the airtightness of the combustion compartment. Induction Hardenings in valve seats in the process in which the tip or Seat area of the valve is induction heated then quenched in special quenching oil in order to achieve the desired hardness value.
