The Precision Bearing Industrial Induction Heater operates on a 3 phase, 230 V power supply and has power capacity which ranges from 2KVA – 60 KVA. Precision Induction Heaters – Series PIH – are available in 5 different models for mounting, with a range of bearings having bore sizes from 14 mm and above. Precision Induction Heater Series PIR is specifically designed for mounting & dismounting the inner races of cylindrical roller bearings used on the axles of railway rolling stock and in traction motors using latest technology intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls. It can be used in others industries with similar application. Precision Induction Heater series PIR are safe, fast and economical heating of Inner races of cylindrical roller bearings. When a component is heated with the induction coil it acquires magnetism strong enough to attract iron particles, iron dust etc. To deal with this phenomenon, it is necessary to eliminate the residual magnetism after heating. The designs of the control panel of precision Bearing Industrial Induction Heater permits fast demagnetization by use of the heating coil itself. The induction coil can be used for demagnetization as well as heating. 

Principle of working of Induction Heater
When alternating current flows through a coil wound around a component; it generates an oscillating magnetic field, which contains current in the component. The magnetic field takes the path of least resistance and also due to the skin effect; the outer periphery of the part gets heated more rapidly than the core. Based on the above principle, a ring shrunk fitted on the shaft will get heated more rapidly causing a temperature differential between the two. The difference in the temperature will cause the ring to expand to a stage where it overcomes interference and can be dismounted easily
