The Precision Induction Heater (PIH: 2002) operates on a 3 phase, 230 V power supply and has a power capacity which ranges from 6KVA / 8KVA. Its medium capacity induction heater is used to heat the components by intelligent micro controller-based electronic controls. It weighs about 44 kg and can be easily carried to the site of operation, using specially designed handles provided on both sides. It can heat a bearing of 28 kg to 30 kg to a temperature of 100 degree Celsius in 5 minutes. It consists of the control mounted on the main body of the Induction Heater and a remote control is provided for higher efficiency. This induction heater has two operating modes, temperature mode and time mode. Both are controlled through feather touch and a quick responsive keyboard. Both modes can be seen at the time of operation.
