Induction Heater for Soldering of Brass Valve and Copper Tubing
Soldering is a procedure used for connecting metal parts to form an electrical or mechanical bond. It normally uses a low melting point metal alloy (solder) which is melted and applied to the metallic parts to be combined and these bonds to the metal parts and forms an assembly when the solder coagulates. As an alloy of zinc and copper, brass is compatible with copper, and it produces many mutual plumbing fittings with the material. Solder adheres as well to brass as it does to copper, so the fixtures are generally moulded with slip joints so you can solder them to the tubing. The induction heater is used for soldering of brass valve and copper tubing in this process because it will increase efficiency, enhance the procedure, allow for easier mechanisation, and save production energy and time.
